Natalya Volkov joined the new Republic shortly after her twenty-first birthday, year 19 day 247. She graduated the New Republic Academy with perfect marks and became friends with the Dean of recruiting, Gothar Elensar. Shortly after her graduation celebration, Natalya applied for the Ministry of Civil Engineering where Minister Coren Rinouwelcomed her immediately. When Gothar Elensar discovered Natalya's appointed into the Ministry of Civil Engineering, he spoke to Minister Rinou to arrange that Natalya's first assignment as assisting him in Tyrius where he is currently Governor.
