When Chaotic Systems Engineering was sold to Aries Rathakar, he renamed it Huppla Pasa Tisc. Not seeing much that he could glean from the company, Aries sold it to Helena Gladio for an undisclosed amount. Helena Gladio then sold it to Gilbert Reed around Year 13 Day 190. On Year 13 Day 194, Maha Michi was appointed as leader of Huppla Pasa Tisc.
Approximately Year 13 Day 280, Gilbert Reed instructed Maha Michi to join FreePort Galactic. He did this and Fleur`De Rouge was placed as leader of Huppla Pasa Tisc in his stead. Shortly thereafter, Fleur looted Huppla Pasa Tisc of most of the assets and caused it to dissolve. After some days of prolonged discussion, Fleur sent back all of the looted assets to Gilbert. Once the returned assets were verified and accounted for, Gilbert Reed reformed Huppla Pasa Tisc on Year 13 Day 294. Maha Michi returned as the leader once again.
Year 14
When the Red Moon Coalition decided to take up the mandate to reform the Corporate Sector Authority, Huppla Pasa Tisc stepped forward to become a member of their charter on Year 14 Day 156, along with Serv-O-Droid, Inc..
A Galactic News Service holocast broadcast on Year 14 Day 286 announced the transfer of ownership from Gilbert Reed to Maha Michi. This event was attended by then current executives of the Corporate Sector Authority and Huppla Pasa Tisc.
Year 15
Expanding their trade portfolio and credits, Huppla Pasa Tisc members staked a claim in the Bosph and Otunia systems that once belonged to Alderaan Mining Corporation.
