The swamp city of Igboyabarakanu was founded on Year 21 Day 95 by the Nautolan Society as a reclaimed area of Nautolan and Rak'Qua culture.
The founding as negotiated by Overlord of the society and Tecro of the Nau'To'La clan, Siejo Kutol following the successful blockade protest of Glee Anselm lead by Tecro of the Rak'Qua clan Yakubu Fista [1], Igboyabarakanu being the birthplace of Fista, held a special place of significance in negotiations. The honorable Clarr Solo accepted the terms and permitted the society to reclaim the swampy area, as well as the oceanic Sankturiam, traditional capital of Glee Anselm.
The City has outposts of the warrior clan, Rak'Qua, such as training academies and sporting arenas, including Fista Stadium.
