Once Draco enlisted with the Imperial Army. Draco soon sought a flight to Carida, a large, high-gravity world covered in everything from ice fields, mountainous landscapes and rain forest alongside vast deserts. It was also the site of a very large military training academy Draco trained hard in all aspects of work from combat to espionage and it did not take him long to graduate.
 
He started off at the bottom as he expected to but quickly rose through the ranks after showing his aptitude for remembering things and following orders with extreme precision. Being a wiseguy helped him immensely also and he was soon re-located to Kuat.

During his time at Kuat, Draco encountered many people, including a number of bandits.With banditry and piracy being illegal in the empire his task was to hunt them down and kill them. Little by little he used his training and skills to kill them successfully. It also made him think that he had other skills which could be utilised.
 
Draco realised he had became bored with being a soldier. Draco still had the desire to see more of the Galaxy that he had been introduced to so far. His own nature, meant he sought something more worthwhile...a cause that would fit with his passion for trouble and excitement.

==Early Life==


Draco Cannis was born on Ryloth to his birth mother Daesha. His father Ivan had purchased Daesha as a slave but they later commenced a relationship which lead to the birth of their son. Daesha could not bring her son up in their community fearing he would be exiled so sought passage and took him to Corellia where he was brought up by Ivan and his wife Lucy. Lucy loved Draco as her own and always considered him as her own child. Lucy worked hard as a tailor, putting in all her hours to make sure that Draco had everything he needed. His father on the other hand was a secret member of a crime syndicate and spent most of his time sat in local gambling establishments when not going about his undercover duties.


Draco had an easy upbringing and spent most his time seeking out mischief, getting into trouble and exploring the bustling cities of Corellia. But he always showed a tendency for the extreme and at the age of 16 took up swoop racing as a hobby.


Draco started to take on a lot of his fathers traits, became involved in crime and was soon involved in small time theft and extortion with a crew of other rogues, who shall remain nameless. He was arrested for attempting to hijack speeder bikes from an imperial armoury at the age of around age 17, leaving Ivan to bail him out. Finally Draco got bored of Corellia and wanted to seek out a new life for himself and enlisted in the Imperial Military.

Draco's mission meant spending a certain amount of time undercover with the Infinite Empire. He used the contacts he had obtained from someone he knew well to find out the list of IE ranks and used it wisely. It allowed him to pick his own rank. This insight into their organization gave him the opportunity to excel in their ranks and did such a good job he was made a Colonel in the Infinite Empire Army. he also did so well that he impressed his brothers in Dark Star Hellions and earned his patch.Draco is currently a patched member. Draco's friend added their names to a group to be sent to Derra for the Galactic Alliance's Derra Campaign and Draco took part in many battles. His skills and expertise serving him well. Draco took some time away from work and ventured on some travels, eventually ending up at Ryloth. On his sightseeing journey he was approached by a Twi`lek lady. She seemed to know him. As a matter of caution he switched on his holorecorder. She told him about her past, what had happened…..it was Daesha.
Draco established that he was sensitive to the force and without a master tried to train as hard as he could. He trained too hard as it turned out and he slipped into a force coma. During this time [[Dark Star Hellions]] went through a process of restructure. [[Zann Consortium]] came into being and [[Xakic Jix]] left to take over Alliance Special Operations (ASO), taking a number of patched Hellions with him. Draco was unconscious when this happened. A rogue member of ASO tried to gather all the fallen and injured with the intent of causing them harm until it was put to a stop by Seth Zhaze. However, Xakic Jix defected to the Gree Trade Authority and handed over all Hellion and ASO Assets that he controlled before committing suicide. Gree taking full advantage of the act of treachery assassinated Draco, amongst others.


Daesha explained to Draco that his father had bought her as a slave many years ago after she was kidnapped by slave traders. He had seduced her and that Draco was the result of that. She told him that after that his father had released her but that regretfully she had been unable to keep him as his Corellian features meant that her own husband, Cazne would never had accepted him; so she had returned him home where Ivan's wife Lucy had said she would love him and bring him up as her own.  She told him that he had two half brothers Nat and Ree and also had an older sister [[Thali`a N`ightshade]], who had escaped Ryloth years earlier and never returned.


Draco knew then that he knew his sister, she was married to his Hellion brother so he kept the recording to let her listen to it.


Once day after he returned from travelling Draco saw Thali`a in the Hellions Tavern. He spoke to her and told her to listen to the recording.... and they knew it to be true. Draco and Thali`a were siblings. They already knew they had a kindred spirit,the same thoughts but just thought it was coincidence…now they knew why.
