Fuzz Inc. was founded by [[Doc Jessa]] on Day 140 of Galactic Year 11 as a Non Government affiliated Association in an effort to provide news and commentary to the galaxy through the [[Galactic News Service]], without the bias on Governments on particular situations. As the company began to grow, more stories began to flow throughout the galaxy ranging from economic issues, to galactic conflicts and the re-emerenge of [[Veynom]]. On Day 100 of Galactic Year 12, [[Doc Jessa]], through holocommunication, spoke with [[Ignatius Paak]], a politician working inside the [[Tion Cluster]] who had just completed a three year term as Mayor of [[Cadinth]], who was keen in purchasing a stake in the organisation to compliment his growing political ambitions. Negotiations proceeded for several days until Ignatius received confirmation of his successful purchase from a dispatched protocol droid. Instead of a minor share, Ignatius was awarded completed control of the company. Confused, Ignatius tried to established another communication with [[Doc Jessa]], but was unsuccessful. The protocol droid soon informed him that [[Doc Jessa]] had passed away, but on the day before his death he had signed over control.
