Overview
A typical Arconan of the age, Higelourmi Everivir is a known smuggler and vigilante of the southeast Expansion Region and the Middle Rim. Born on Iktotch I circa 25 BBY, he lived on the world of Cona until being recruited by the Falleen Federation in the year 13 ABY. He is the first and only known person to be released from the Zann Consortium's Black Sails Prison.
