Theofan began his career as a construction engineer for the Slayn & Korpil ground corps. He start off building up infrastructure for the organization on the planet Nickle One in the Roche system. The lady, Helen Hawk soon noticed his ability and command of his inferiors and sent him as the admiral of the expeditionary fleet that would assess the conditions on Mondress, a planet then ruled by Samuel Ashen. After witnessing the atrocities being committed by Samuel there, in the form of slavery, Theofan sent a message to Slayn and Korpil's main forces who would seek to liberate the planet from his control.
After a long blockade the Ashen's forces were pushed back and Slayn & Korpil released control of the planet to the Falleen Federation who would then work out terms by which Ashen could regain control of the planet. There has since been no sign of slavery on Mondress.
For the next year Theofan would be promoted to the position of Minister of Logistics for the newly formed eXiles government. This government would rule of lands previously protected by the fallen Old Republic/Commonality. During this year, with help from his loyal friends the brothers, Redjon Mirrabel and Atom Mirrabel along with Dane Jarrah and Yasmin Caldari Theofan would bring out into the open an organization that secretly leading for some time, the Black Curs. The group came into the open on Day 14 of Year 15 while enroute to a newly discovered Prindaar where they would aid the forces of the Krath Dynasty in securing the system.
Since this Theofan has been overseeing mining and infrastructure development projects in a system that he discovered in the early months of Year 15, Gosho.
