Lawrence Draper is a Kiffar male born on Kiffex. A former military officer and aviator, Lawrence Draper leads Draper Laboratories as its head surgeon and CEO.

Biography

Early Life

Born from humble beginnings on Kiffex to a middle class family, Lawrence Draper was born to Ray and Laura of the minor Kiffar clan Draper. Growing up Lawrence was averagely smart, but what he lacked in intelligence he made up for in love and compassion. As a child and teenager Lawrence would volunteer at the local hospital helping the doctors and nurses perform their daily tasks like sanitizing medical instruments and helping those in need. Volunteering at the hospital, Lawrence realized that his dream job would be that of a doctor helping save lives across the galaxy. Upon Graduating highchool Lawrence went to Kiffex Tech as a pre-med major in Xenobiological studies. While at Kiffex Tech, Lawrence was not up to par with his peers when it came to natural intellect which meant he had to study hard to make good grades and pass his exams. On his free time Lawrence played on the colleges Boloball team and coached little league Boloball for children.

2 years into college, Lawrence realized that in 2 more years he would be receiving his undergraduate degree which will also mean he will have to apply to medical school, the problem being that he nor his family have the funds to send him to medical school. Desperate for a side job that paid decently, Lawrence enlisted in the Kiffex Planetary Guard for the remaining 2 years he had in college finishing off at the rank of Corporal and earning him some credits. Graduating from Kiffex Tech with his pre-med diploma Lawrence had to find a way to pay his tuition to a medical school. Lawrence found his answer one day browsing the holonet when he found a recruitment ad for the Arkanian Military. Having a small military background Lawrence jumped on the opportunity.

Officer Candidate School, Flight Training and Military Aviation

Upon submitting and application to the Arkanian military, Lawrence was told that because he had a college degree and prior service in a reserve unit, he would be eligible to be commissioned as an officer. After his application was approved, Lawrence was sent to Officer Candidate School for six months learning how to tactically lead small units of soldiers and apply them in real life situations. After six months at Officer Candidate school, Lawrence graduated number 74 in a class of 100 officer candidates. Commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the Arkanian Marines, Lawrence immediately went to ANAS(Arkanian Naval Air Station) Nulan IV for Aviation School. At flight school, Lawrence learned the mechanical breakdown of a wide variety of military aircraft/spacecraft and how to operate them at an advanced level. After a year in flight school Lawrence graduated and was assigned to a Razor squadron. Lawrences was assigned to VMFA-531, a fighter squadron that specialized in using the two-seater variant of the Razor starfighter. While being introduced to his squadron mates, Lawrence met his co-pilot Lieutenant Junior Grade Bus Arra of the Arkanian Navy. Over a span of 6 years, together they flew 32 combat missions, 13 relief missions and 7 surveillance missions. After 6 years of flying Razors for the Marines, Major Draper became a flight instructor teaching new pilots how to fly Razors.

Arkanian Military/Hook Nebula Marine Aviation

Disappearing again after her retirement, Amelia reappeared a few months later as a member of Black Sun in the indoctrination department, which handles Collective recruitment. Rising quickly through the ranks, Amelia was named the Minister of Indoctrination after less than a year and then also named the second in command of Defense shortly after, which gave her a spot on the advisory council known as the Consiglio.

Halfway through year 19, she stepped down from the Consiglio in order to enjoy more time with her wife. Whilst still a member of Black Sun, Amelia enjoyed a less prominent role within their ranks. Further around the same time rumours of pregnancy floated around her as the market saw a decrease in demand for Corellian whiskey that caused a slight drop in stock prices.

After a vehement disagreement with the Family Council, though primarily with Vigos Banquo Knox and Thrall Lothbrok, Amelia was summoned for punishment. Unconfirmed rumours stipulate she was summoned to undergo the Gift of Flesh, however, whilst on her way to meet with Vigo Christine Apotheosis to take her punishment Amelia received a priority message. The priority message was from her newlywed wife, stating that she'd been locked out of her controls and left adrift. Before Amelia could react she received a message from Vigo Lothbrok stating that her wife would remain unharmed if she cooperated.

Incensed by this demand, Amelia sought external aid to rescue her partner and jumped to the coordinates calculated with a tool provided by "Honest" Jic Uiji of Eidola. Thankfully, she made it in time to save her newlywed spouse and the couple sought asylum in the neutral manufacturing group Cybot Galactica. As Cybot Galactica had taken in the fugitives, Black Sun blacklisted the company, whilst also issuing an arrest warrant of 250,000,000 credits for the arrest or execution of Amelia.

Galactica Group

A few months after joining the Galactica Group, Amelia, along with Chrii`kkt Raas, formed a new recycling company, Raas-Moretti Industries. Their main goal was to salvage from wrecks to create 'uglies' for smaller sentients looking to leave their homeworld for the first time.

Death

On D360, per the confession of Chrii`kkt Raas, Amelia was assassinated, along with her unborn child, by Taranjeek O`Cuinn at his direction, in order to gain control of Raas-Moretti Industries. She dropped out of hyperspace in an asteroid field nearby the Asher system, only to be boarded and promptly arrested. Even before she could even consider what had happened to her, she was executed.
