The modern Ternion Corps is the umbrella name used to describe the coalition of two groups, the civilian arm Ternion Corporation and the military arm Reformed Grand Army of the Republic (RGAR).  Ternion Corps operates in Arkanis and Hunnovers Sectors in the southeastern quadrant of the galaxy.  Upholding Republic ideals, Ternion Corps is known to operate closely with anti-Imperial factions such as The Resistance and the Rebel Alliance.
History
Clone Wars
Ternion Corps, as an active military formation of the Galactic Republic, was founded in Year -24 at the onset of the Clone Wars.  Bloodied on Geonosis, Kamino and Malastare, Ternion Corps established itself as an experienced and reliable battlefield group.  The Ternion logo, an inverted arrow, originated as a non-commissioned officer designation, but as the war progressed, it became a symbol of veterancy to the Clones and Republic troopers who bore it.  A symbol the entire Corps would earn with its long and successful service during the war.
Throughout much of the war, Ternion Corps was consisted of three divisions: the 105th Armored Division, the 9th Infantry Division, and the 18th Infantry Division.  At various points during the war, the corps was also reinforced by the Squib Rangers Battalion and the Malastare Rifles.
Veteran Association
As the democratic Galactic Republic crumbled and gave way to the formation of the tyrannical Galactic Empire, the Republic military was gradually disbanded, replaced by new forces loyal to the Empire.  When Ternion Corps was disbanded, a number of veteran associations formed, largely at divisional and regimental levels, and they maintained loose connections with each other.  Uncharacteristically, the camaraderie passed down to the children and grandchildren of the veterans, officers and enlisted alike, and membership grew rather than dwindled as time passed.  While most of them were no more than mere community groups meeting monthly to commemorate and celebrate the military achievements of their elders, some became industrial ventures that focused on hiring Clone Wars veterans and their descendents.  Some of them became involved in local politics as well.
Reformation and Evolution
In Year 21, Con Semper, a non-Clone veteran of the war who had been known as a benefactor of fellow veterans, and Vir Calder, a non-Clone veteran and head of the veteran association of the Malastare Rifles, successfully united all the veteran associations that hailed from the Clone Wars era Ternion Corps.  The first headquarters of the united veteran society was Vinsoth.  Semper and Calder were initially assisted by Areagla Loomis and Zal Ragath as their senior adjutants, but additional capable individuals would soon flock to them.  Reviving the Ternion Corps name, the newly formed umbrella organization gained fame in its dedication to the welfare of Clones, the livelihood of their descendents, and the democratic ideals of the Republic.  In time, though a mere veteran society in name, Ternion Corps grew into an industrial powerhouse that ultimately began birthing new Clones of the original genetic template.  As its Clones grew in number, it created the Reformed Grand Army of the Republic.

Ternion Corps, founded in 24 BCTG, was attached to the second sector army during the Clone Wars. Bloodied on Geonosis, Kamino and Malastare, the Corps established itself as an experienced and reliable battlefield group. The Ternion logo, an inverted arrow, originated as a NCO designation, but as the war progressed, it became a symbol of veterancy to the Clones and republic troopers who bore it. A symbol the entire Corps would earn with its long and successful service during the war.
The Modern Ternion Corps
On Year 25 Day 238, Ternion Corps was formally divided into two branches that operated with a high degree of autonomy from each other.  The newly formed Ternion Corporation assumed responsibility of all civilian matters, which included the expansive industrial complexes in Arkanis Sector, the cloning operations, and the building and maintenance of the infrastructure of the system of Austan and the planet of Arvala-6.  The military arm, Reformed Grand Army of the Republic, provides the defense of Ternion Corps interests, and on occasion, conducts expeditions alongside of allies.

History
Current leadership team of Ternion Corporation is as follows:

*Chief Executive Officer Vir Calder

*Chief Operations Officer Zal Ragath

*Chief Science Officer Paul Luz

Current commanders of the Reformed Grand Army of the Republic are as follows:

*Governor General, Marshal Rex Republica

*Supreme Commander, General Winner Ryx

*Strategic General, General Zed Nar

*Research General, Lieutenant General Cap Pinu

Throughout  much of the war, it consisted of three divisions: the 105th Armored Division, the 9th Infantry Division, and the 18th Infantry Division.  At various points during the war, the corps was also reinforced by the Squib Rangers Battalion and the Malastare Rifles.  After the war, after the military disbanded, the various Ternion Corps veteran associations remained connected to each other.  Uncharacteristically, the camaraderie passed down to the children and grandchildren of the veterans, officers and enlisted alike, and membership grew rather than dwindled as time passed.  While most Ternion Corps local chapters are no more than mere community groups meeting monthly to commemorate and celebrate the military achievements of their elders, some believe that as a whole the umbrella organization holds potentially significant influence through their members in high places in political and industrial arenas.

18th Administrative Division
Ternion Corporation, the civilian arm of the umbrella organization, has its origins in a number of local manufacturing firms that various veteran organizations founded or acquired.  Consolidated in Year 21 and greatly expanded, Ternion Corporation is now an industrial powerhouse with great production capabilities in Quelli, Bosph, and Arkanis Sectors.  Rumor has it that Ternion Corporation possesses secret manufacturing sites at unknown deep space locations as well.  Ternion Corporation product lines favor the military, and they range from items as small as the tactical helmet and ships as large as the Kandosii-type Dreadnaught.  Its largest customer is its sister organization, the RGAR.

Malastare Rifles Regiment
Ternion Corporation also operates an unknown number of Spaarti cloning cylinders for continued birthings of new Clones.

Bluntly put, Malastare's Pride originated from a group of veterans who failed to find gainful employment. During the Clone Wars, the Malastare Rifles participated in the defense of their home planet, fighting alongside of the 18th Infantry Division of the Grand Army of the Republic. They were mostly Dugs, though a noticeable number of other sentient species served with the regiment as well, for the planet of Malastare, the city of Pixelito in particular, was diverse and metropolitan. Returning home after the war, the post-war transitional economy offered them few career options. A group of veterans banded together and formed a loose network helping each other secure odd jobs in order to stay afloat. With their military background, it was not unexpected that many of such jobs were the likes of part-time armed guards at banks or serving as temporary police auxiliaries. As time went on, as many of these veterans gained fame as hired guns, fewer and fewer longed for regular employment. The loose group gradually became tight knit, and many of their children grew up together in their own type of a small village. As their exploits became known over drinks, some of the 18th Infantry Division veterans who longed for their former lifestyles traveled to Malastare to join the group who now called themselves Malastare's Pride. Some decades later, some of the older veterans faded into the background, and the younger ones stepped up into leadership positions. Their children continued their semi-nomadic lifestyle that their veteran parents had created. The sentients of Malastare knew that, though rough around the edges, if they needed assistance, they could always seek out Malastare's Pride and make their case. Famously, the group helped maintain order during the hectic events of the Year 20 semi-annual galactic swap meet. Many traders and tourists came to know these tough and just mercenaries from Malastare.
Ternion Corporation runs a Clone Advocacy Office which dedicates its efforts to the care of Clones.

Notable Units of RGAR
37th Scout Regiment
Many units of the Reformed Grand Army of the Republic had a storied past.
Often referred to as 'swampers' based on their various deployments to less than desirable terrain and by their ability to quietly infiltrate and overrun enemy outposts. Marked only by an unusual camouflage pattern on their helmets, the 37th prefer not to replace weathered armor and equipment over time, instead allowing the natural grime of their designated world to remould their appearance.

Having originally served in skirmishes in the Battle of Geonosis, the troupe were later assigned to the mires of Nimban to run long term reconnaissance. As dark operatives, communications were one way and after the fall of the Republic the 37th had no further standing orders. Reestablishing contact with fellow divisions many years later, the troupe look to train future generations of Clones.

The 105th during the war, was one of units that saw heavy integration with the much needed "Clone Troopers". With flash training, these clones were the best choice to replace experienced vehicle pilots in the field . Their birth born counterparts, saw levies coming from the then mysterious Hapan race. The ostracised men of the Hapes Cluster and the cylinder born clones found a commonality in their, as they put it, "Bastard" status. Fighting alongside them, would be a young Con Semper of Concord Dawn. Today they serve as the military backbone of the reconstituted Ternion Corps. Under the command of veterans like Semper, the division has shifted more towards an armored infantry division, utilizing lighter armor such as the AT-RT and Blaze Trooper Armor to supplement the short supply of combat effective TX-130 Saber-Class tanks.

62nd Airborne Special Operations Legion
Having originally served in skirmishes in the Battle of Geonosis, the troupe were later assigned to the mires of Nimban to run long term reconnaissance. As dark operatives, communications were one way and after the fall of the Republic the 37th had no further standing orders. Reestablishing contact with fellow divisions many years later, the troupe look to train future generations of Clones. Today, members of this regiment lovingly refer to themselves as the "Swampers" based on their various deployments to less than desirable terrain and by their ability to quietly infiltrate and overrun enemy outposts, and their tradition of rejecting new equipment, allowing the natural grime of their designated worlds to remould their appearance.
The 62nd are a specialized unit, trained for high altitude drops, and ariel combat utilizing jetpacks. Their black plastoid armor is designed to operate as low grade stealth tech, obscuring not only line of sight, but weak and distant sensor scans. The 62nd is grown from the original Clone Template used in the Grand Army of the Republic. However due to available cloning technology, the members of the unit are grown using inferior spaarti cylinders. While not as stable, their growth time is significantly lower. Clones within the unit undergo flash training designed for the Grand Army of the Republic, rendering them familiar with all republic weapons and tech of the time. Further training is conducted by Con Semper, to mirror their abilities with the ARC troopers of the Clone Wars special operations branch. While not nearly as independent, they have proven themselves superior to the rank and file.

40th Infantry Company
The 40th Infantry Company was part of the battle group led by Jedi General Jaska Xushi and served valiantly at Ando, where the Republic intervened in a civil war to support loyalist forces. They adopted their distinctive red armor markings after a losing two-thirds of their soldiers in an attempt to retake a compound and rescue civilians that had been pressed into service by both Separatist and local militia groups. It was said that the freshly-cloned soldiers who survived had been ‘baptized in blood.’ Colonel Paul Luz, whose family was rescued in that raid, proudly financed the reconstitution of the unit as part of Ternion Corps.

Special Research, G Company
Special Research, G Company
G Company is one part of the 3rd Special Research Regiment of the Protectorate Research Command. It is currently the only company in the Research Command permitted to employ non-clone researchers. This diverse team of leading scientists is comprised not only of specially trained clones, but also by hand-selected Geonosian, Chevin, and Baragwin researchers. The Geonosian researchers were previously under contract with the New Republic, and entered the Protectorate’s service following the Republic’s end. The Baragwin team is made up of distant relatives of Paul Luz himself, who were previously renowned weaponsmiths on Ando before being displaced by the Clone Wars. Chevin researchers were recruited from Vinsoth, where the Corps are headquartered. The team works under a strict code of secrecy on classified projects directed by Colonel Luz. Work is currently underway for a separate research installation in the southern region of the galaxy to facilitate collaborative research with Galactic Alliance partners.

32nd Military Police Platoon
The Special Research, G Company is a publicly known unit whose mission is much less knownIts facilities are frequented by both civilian engineers of Ternion Corporation and military engineers of RGAR alike.
The 32nd Military Police platoon was nearing the completion of their training on Kamino when the Separatists attacked in Year -24. Because production of new clones was stilted in the aftermath of the attack, the platoon’s first official deployment was as an infantry platoon during the Battle of Dolomar, during which the Republic destroyed that last remaining Separatist-aligned sector in the Core Regions. After a few months enforcing martial law on the planet Twith, they saw action at Iridonia and again at Ottega under Arkanian Jedi General Garne Mund, who arranged for commendations for the unit for bravery. While Master Mund continued pursuing the droid menace throughout the Northern Dependencies, the 32nd was redesignated as a Military Police unit, and remained in the Ottega system for the remainder of the war. There they enforced Republic laws and curfews, apprehended Separatist agents, and fought pirates and other criminal elements. In the chaos of the war’s conclusion, the 32nd were redeployed to Binquaros where they assisted in uprooting the last major Separatist stronghold and establishing Imperial Rule. They continued serving there until Year -15, when the unit was retired and replaced with a unit of the Imperial Security BureauToday, a reconstituted 32nd of fresh clones serves their original purpose as a security force at Ternion Corp facilities and ships, or where contracted.

Kaminoan Guard
105th Expeditionary Force "Forgotten Sons"
During the war, the Kamino Guard were responsible for the defense of Kamino and its cloning centers. The various units under its umbrella saw combat only once, staging a valiant defense during the Battle of Kamino in mid-Year -24. The unit was decommissioned shortly after the war’s conclusion as the Empire canceled its contracts with the Kaminoans and moved their assets offworld. The Kaminoan Guard was reformed by Colonel Paul Luz, who was appointed director of the newly restarted cloning operations at Kamino under The Resistance. Like their predecessors, the Guard is charged with maintaining order and security on Kamino, especially at the transfer points where clients arrive to take command of their new units. After Luz’s departure from Kamino Laboratories, he purchased the commission of several units from the Kaminoan Guard who continue to provide security for his own network of laboratories and cloning facilities.

218th Heavy Infantry
The 105th during the war was one of units that saw heavy integration with the much needed Clone Troopers. Under the command of veterans like Semper, the division has shifted more towards an armored infantry division, utilizing lighter armor such as the AT-RT and Blaze Trooper Armor to supplement the short supply of combat effective TX-130 Saber-Class tanksDuring the Clone Wars, and once again after the RGAR reactivation of the unit, the 105th is led by Con Semper.
For the first two years of the war, the 218th Heavy Infantry served with the 5th Fleet under the infamous Jedi General Patwal Enos. After the grueling campaign to retake Kashyyk, Colvas, and Boonta, the 218th were one of the lucky units to survive the fleet’s destruction above Af’El and make it to the surface. After nearly two standard weeks fighting their way through the treacherous blackness of the planet and taking heavy casualties, the rest of the 218th was destroyed in a final frontal assault mere hours before the arrival of reinforcements and the mysterious disappearance of their Jedi generalA new batch of clones from Ternion’s facilities took on the 218th’s name and recreated the distinctive black armor of the tragic campaign.

103rd Starfighter Wing “Wrath Squadron”
62nd Airborne Legion
The 103rd Starfighter Wing, or “Wrath Squadron” as they called themselves, earned their nickname during the Republic assault on Dolomar. The squad flew Z-95 Headhunters at the start of the war, and was transitioned to Alpha-3 V-Wings when they were assigned to one of the Core defense fleets. The unit was dissolved in year -19 when its members were each assigned instructor positions at different Imperial academies to train the next generation of pilots. The old squad got together for reunions when they could find the time, eventually finding comradery with other veteran clones through Ternion Corp. Once decommissioned and retired, the veterans of the 103rd trained clone descendants to fly. Fresh clones and those they taught continue to fly battle-tested Z-95 Headhunters, Y-Wings, and V-19 Torrents in a reconstituted Wrath Squadron consisting of four squadrons: Red, Blue, Green, and Gold.
The 62nd are a specialized unit, trained for high altitude drops, and ariel combat utilizing jetpacks. Their black plastoid armor is designed to operate as low grade stealth tech, obscuring not only line of sight, but weak and distant sensor scans. ====Volunteer Auxiliary====
Volunteer Auxiliary
Protectorate protocols officially restrict membership in the Reformed Grand Army to clone soldiers to ensure peak operational efficiency. Despite these prohibitions, GAR command is frequently flooded with volunteers. Colonel Luz has received special dispensation to organize reserve units of non-clone volunteers selected from those applications. Those selected are most often disaffected rebels and mercenaries sympathetic to the aims of the Ternion Corps. The Auxiliary is permitted to serve as reinforcements in limited capacities and to fill in ranks on smaller logistical ships or outposts.

As enacted by the Republic Senate under military article 7-42b of the Grand Army of the Republic, in order to establish and reinforce the defenses of beleaguered Republic worlds, Planetary through System Commanders were allowed to sell commissions within their command to affluent Republic citizens who wished to contribute to the war effort. Rank was thus awarded in direct relation to the funds necessary to raise, train, equip and maintain military units from junior grade officers at platoon level, to Majors commanding entire battalions.

Current leadership team of Ternion Corporation is as follows:

Current commanders of the Reformed Grand Army of the Republic are as follows:

 • Governor General, Marshal Rex Republica
 • Supreme Commander, General Winner Ryx
 • Strategic General, General Zed Nar
 • Research General, Lieutenant General Cap Pinu
 • Diplomatic General, Lieutenant General Dak Etho

Ternion Corporation Operations

Ternion Corporation also operates an unknown number of Spaarti cloning cylinders for continued birthings of new Clones.

Ternion Corporation runs a Clone Advocacy Office which dedicates its efforts to the care of Clones.

Notable Units of RGAR

Many units of the Reformed Grand Army of the Republic had a storied past.

18th Administrative Division

Malastare Rifles Regiment

37th Scout Regiment

Special Research, G Company

The Special Research, G Company is a publicly known unit whose mission is much less known. Its facilities are frequented by both civilian engineers of Ternion Corporation and military engineers of RGAR alike.

105th Expeditionary Force "Forgotten Sons"

The 105th during the war was one of units that saw heavy integration with the much needed Clone Troopers. During the Clone Wars, and once again after the RGAR reactivation of the unit, the 105th is led by Con Semper.

62nd Airborne Legion

6th Salvage Corp

The Grand Army of the Republic’s Salvage Corps served an important role. They would be deployed to warzones after the battles had ended to comb through the wreckage to search for survivors and salvage any weapons or components that were either able to be repaired or deemed too sensitive to fall into enemy hands. As time allowed, debris would be gathered and sent to scrap yards to be melted down and reused in new ships and vehicles. The transition to the Empire saw the retirement of most all equipment used in the Clone Wars and there was no longer a need to scour those debris fields. Little by little, the Imperial salvage operation became automated and the clone salvage teams were eventually disbanded. Members of the 6th turned their duty into a business, searching junkyards for ships and vehicles to restore and sell to collectors, planetary defense fleets, mercenary groups, and, eventually, rebel cells. They, their students, and children were natural allies in Ternion Corp’s mission to keep the legacy of the Grand Army alive by saving what was left of it from the junkheap and keeping as much of it up and running as possible.

Volunteer Auxiliary

Protectorate protocols officially restrict membership in the Reformed Grand Army to clone soldiers to ensure peak operational efficiency. Despite these prohibitions, RGAR command is frequently flooded with volunteers. Colonel Luz has received special dispensation to organize reserve units of non-clone volunteers selected from those applications. Those selected are most often disaffected rebels and mercenaries sympathetic to the aims of RGAR. The Auxiliary is permitted to serve as reinforcements in limited capacities and to fill in ranks on smaller logistical ships or outposts.

41st Harvester Regiment

The 41st Harvester Regiment soldiers served as special scouts in the Grand Army of the Republic and were often deployed into situations that required operating on swamps or dense vegetation terrain while mantining stealth.

The 41st Harvesters Regiment was a combat engineer unit attached to the 105th Armored Division, with extraction and asset recovery as its specialty. It is known as the most decorated engineer regiment of the Ternion Corps, and it was often ranked as one of the best in all of the Grand Army of the Republic.

Easily recognized by the green markings on their armour, the 41st Harvesters Regiment played a crucial role in several major battles such as the Battle of Teth, the Battle of Coruscant and the Battle of Thule, where they were deployed into energy farms to take down their enemy's shields, leaving them vulnerable to attack.

After the war, as many troopers were deemed not fit for the army anymore, several members continued to employ their engineering abilities as a way to carry on with their lives, which led to the creation of several small mining and recycling companies as those services were on high demand at the time.

As time went by, several of those companies, realizing their shared past and common interests, decided to unite. As their founders once did, they grouped together under a single flag, a single goal and a single name: The 41st Harvesters Regiment.

Luz Regiment

Formed after the formation of RGAR and named after its first commanding officer, the Luz Regiment includes a number of highly decorated units that saw action in recent campaigns. Some of the units include the 40th Infantry Company, the Kaminoan Guard, the 32nd Military Police Platoon, and the 103rd Starfighter Wing.

531st Ranger Battalion

The 531st Ranger Battalion was active during the Clone Wars. It was reformed under Jakk Emernet in Year 23 and was instrumental in RGAR's early missions.

9th Infantry Division

The 9th Infantry Division of RGAR is a command encompassing honorary officers who had commissioned Clone troopers through the Ternion Corps cloning program.

76th Harsh Environment Battalion

The 76th are a specialized unit, trained for harsh environment combat and recon utilizing specialized winter and heat gear to sustain the troopers during extended exposure to temperatures that would otherwise cause heat stroke or frostbite. The 76th were birthed from the original clone template but grown from spaarti cylinders alongside flash training however select clones of the 76th also receive further training from chiss commandos and are equipped with more updated combat gear to bring on a newer generation of clone commandos. The 76th is currently under the command of RGAR Honorary Colonel Chaf Ocal Pimi.

57th Independent Regiment

The 57th is currently under the command of RGAR Honorary Major Kaze Zill.

618th Search and Rescue

The 618th is currently under the command of RGAR Honorary Lieutenant Sia Vir`uan. Its RMSU-1 is a famed medical unit known for its capability in battlefield medicine.

39th Dragoons

The 39th Dragoons is currently under the command of RGAR Honorary Lieutenant Sekou Tau.

Notable Members

Honorary Commissions

As enacted by the Republic Senate under military article 7-42b of the Grand Army of the Republic, in order to establish and reinforce the defenses of beleaguered Republic worlds, planetary defense forces through System Commanders were allowed to sell commissions within their command to affluent Republic citizens who wished to contribute to the war effort. Rank was thus awarded in direct relation to the funds necessary to raise, train, equip and maintain military units from junior grade officers at platoon level, to Majors commanding entire battalions. Subsequent articles such as 7-42c would allow smaller units such as squads to be raised under non-commissioned officers.

The Ternion Corps, acting within these established articles, allows for the commissioning of private citizens into the Grand Army of the Republic. The Following are recognized by Ternion Corps as rank holding members by virtue of Articles 7-42b/c. Officers and NCOs are placed under the Corps 9th Infantry division. This is in accordance with aforementioned articles, though is largely a formality and honorific as these "Officers" are under no obligation and or affiliation with the Ternion Corps.
