The Battle for Khuiumin was a space battle happening in Year 27 Day 106 to Day 108 between the Shadow Dominion and the Kumquat Coalition. It resulted in the Kumquat Coalition establishing space dominance and control over Khuiumin system. The Coalition was aided by a small Eidola Pirate contingent. At its conclusion, the Kumquat forces were reinforced by arriving Hydian Expanse and, at a later time, Imperial Union Forces, leading to the Truce of Khuiumin. Ultimately, these events lead to the ousting of the Eyttyrmin Batiiv Pirates and its allies of the Shadow Dominion from the Khuiumin system.
