History
Merging
On Year 8 Day 41, the Rebel Alliance and the SoroSuub Conglomerate declared their intended merger to the galaxy, announcing the forthcoming formation of the New Republic. It was a historic merger of a scale the galaxy had never seen before, one that promised to form a united front for freedom and cripple the Empire’s reign of tyranny. Following the wake of the government merger, it was decided to similarly merge the two affiliated medical factions (Riviera Medical and Liberty Medical Center into a single, united organisation for the New Republic. This organisation would provide medical care and services to all the sentients of the New Republic, as well as offer aid and comfort throughout the galaxy to all who needed them, especially those under the thumb of the Galactic Empire. Republic Medical was officially established with Miko Niepe as its first CEO.
As a fusion of two of the most inspired medical factions in the galaxy and as a part of the New Republic, Republic Medical, now under the leadership of CEO Kaede Kazegami MD, continues to be a beacon of hope and healing to all the galaxy.
